- Study of the differential immunological events in peripheral blood of small cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy and immunochemotherapy.
- Evaluation of the immunological changes suffered in patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with immunotherapy in tumor and peripheral blood. Study of the differences between responders and non-responders to treatment, as well as the characteristics of the phenomena of pseudoprogression and hyperprogression.
- Assessment of the tumor mutational load (TMB) in tissue and peripheral blood of patients with small cell lung cancer as well as non-small cell lung cancer.
- Mesurement, study and analysis of target molecular alterations in non-small cell lung cancer (RAS, EGFR, ALK, ROS1) and their use as predictive biomarkers. Validation of the role of this molecules as markers of tumor activity for follow-up in the clinic.
