Complaints channel

The Complaints channel corresponds to one of the measures that Fundació IMIM has in place to ensure compliance with its values, ethical principles, transparency, and good governance.

The objective of the Complaints Channel is to serve as a tool for submitting reports, defined as communications of potential irregularities or breaches that may constitute a violation of external or internal regulations specific to Fundació IMIM. In this regard, professionals and collaborators acting on behalf and/or on behalf of the institution must do so while following and respecting applicable laws and internal regulations at all times. In case any behavior contrary to this is detected, the Whistleblower Channel should be utilized.

To channel reports of potential irregularities or breaches that may constitute a violation of external or internal regulations, reports can be submitted, preferably using the physical form, and sending it via the following email address designated for this purpose:
