Description:

The selected person will join the Neurogenomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Completion of the doctoral thesis. Analysis and construction of regulatory networks from single-cell data RNA-seq and ATTACK-seq by the identification of relevant transcription factors for diseases associated with neurodevelopment.

Formation:

Bachelor’s degree in biology, or related, and master’s degree in bioinformatics.

Experience:

experience of more than two years in a research group.

Knowledge:

Command of programming in R or Python. English.

Additional information:

Letter of admission is required in a doctoral program.
