Description:

The selected person will join the Neurogenomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Creation and characterization of iPSCs derived from neuronal cultures of multiple species, genetic molecular techniques, including the creation of libraries by multiple omics (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq).

Formation:

PhD biological sciences or similar.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in genetic molecular techniques.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in the creation, differentiation and characterization of iPSC and in molecular techniques related to the creation of omic libraries
