The selected person will join the Evolutionary genomics research group (Biomedical informatics research program).

Task:

Computational data analysis; prediction of protein structure from sequence; quantification of evolutionary rates using DNA and protein sequence alignments; preparation of presentations and manuscripts.

Formation:

MD in Medicine and PhD in Sciences.

Experience:

Minimum of three years of postdoctoral experience.

Knowledge:

Algorithms for the prediction of protein structure; Methods to infer protein evolutionary patterns; Programming; Knowledge about protein structure databases.

Additional information:

The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
