Description:

The selected person will join the B cell biology research group (Translational Clinical Research Program).

Task:

The selected person would perform different tasks for the analysis of function and gene expression in mouse cells from different tissues including tasks such as, processing of mouse tissues, experiments with cell biology and molecular biology such as real-time quantitative PCR, for the analysis of RNA and DNA samples; Western blotting; cell culture under sterile conditions. Preparation of buffer solutions, molarity and pH-meter calculations.

Formation:

Degree in Biology or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in the described tasks.

Knowledge:

High level of English and knowledge in statistical calculation and analysis Excel and SPSS.

Contract:

Eventual 12p.
