Description:

The selected person will join the Doping control research group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Administrative management of Laboratori Antidopatge de Catalunya: Support for human resources; laboratory documentation management; financial suport (invoicing, invoicing control); agreements management; equipment maintenance contracts management; travel management; organization of meetings; research projects support; web contents manager; suport in the preparation of scientific articles and reports; participation in sample registration.

Formation:

Advanced training cycle in the area of ​​Administration or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Previous work experience in similar administrative tasks in a sompany of biomedical/pharmaceutical field will be valued.

Knowledge:

High level of English. Experience in Office package
