Project title:

(13733) Inter-laboratory validation of two steroid profile markers with improved specificity (InterALMA)

Research group / Service:

Applied metabolomics research group

Description:

The selected person will join the Applied metabolomics research group (Neurosciences research program).

Task:

Extraction processes (LLE, SPE), process and report of results obtained by chromatographic techniques, quantitative analysis and validation of methods, and maintenance of LC-MS / MS equipment of the esmentat project.

Formation:

CFGS in analysis and control or equivalent.

Experience:

It will require extensive experience in the tasks to be developed. Experience will be valued with other types of analytical determinations such as proteins, lipids, and biochemical parameters. It will be essential to have worked under Quality Systems (ISO, GLP) and to have experience in the characteristic processes of an accredited laboratory (e.g.: verification of pipettes, temperatures, etc.).

Knowledge:

Good level of English, Catalan and Spanish. Good level as an office user Certificate of animal experimentation.

Additional information:

Ability to participate in analysis for scientific research purposes. Ability to write SOPs.
