15184 - Medicina de precisión aplicada al cáncer de pulmón de célula pequeña: redefiniendo estrategias terapéuticas asociadas a biomarcadores

Description:

The selected person will join the Molecular cancer therapeutics research group (Cancer research program).

Task:

The selected person will carry out experimental techniques in the context of a translational oncology research group. The candidate will perform in vitro experiments of cell cultures and molecular biology. Maintenance of cell lines and viability assays, western blot, qRT-PCR, flow cytometry, microscopy. The candidate will also carry out experiments with more complex models (tissue culture, 3D, organoids, cell co-cultures...). He will perform and support in vivo experiments.

Formation:

Degree in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent and mandatory to have the training course for research staff using experimental animals. Have the Master in Traslational research will be positively valued.

Experience:

Candidates should have experience in the tasks mentioned previously.Mandatory to have worked in a translational research group in oncology

Knowledge:

The candidates must necessarily have experience in laboratory techniques: cell culture, Western blot and immunohistochemistry, PCR, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques and other techniques to study cellular effects (viability, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, DNA damage). The candidates also must have experience in in vivo studies. Mandatory fluent level of English and informatics knowledge of Office and internet (user levels).

Additional information:

The demonstrated ability to work in research teams will be valued, mainly in translational research projects in oncology.This subsidy may be co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, 'One way of making Europe'.
