The selected person will join the Systems pharmacology research group (Biomedical informatics research program).
- Task:

The selected person will be responsible for the development of new computational methods to analyze patent data and offer the results to users, management and processing of small molecule databases such as SureChEMBL of the aforementioned project.
- Formation:

Degree in informatics, chemistry, biology, bioengineering, biomedical sciences or life sciences
- Experience:
-
Good chemoinformatics background is desirable. Good scripting and programming skills (Python) is required. Backend development (mysql, postgres).
- Knowledge:
-
Knowlegde on Linux, Python, scripting languages and small-molecule databases. A high English level is a must.
- Additional information:
-
The candidate will join a project aiming at constructing the largest integrated public database of small molecules covered by patents. The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency. Remuneration and dedication may vary depending on the profile of the selected candidate.
