Project title:

Towards Personalized Clinical Management of Suicide Risk through Data-Driven Clinical Decision Support using Transnational Electronic Registry Data. (AC22/00006)

Description:

The selected person will join the Health services research group (Epidemiology and public health research program).

Task:

Project coordination tasks related to registry data management; providing support in the development and maintenance of a Data Management Plan and Data Controller and Data Sharing Agreements; registry data extraction tasks, registry data quality control tasks, registry data mapping tasks, and registry data harmonization and interoperability tasks (to common data formats); design, implementation and maintenance of a transnational federated data analysis platform to facilitate joint transnational registry data analysis and exchange of results in line with European and national data regulations.

Formation:

Master Degree in Psychology. PhD in Biomedicine would be an asset.

Experience:

Project coordination, registry data handling skills (data extraction, quality control, data mapping, data harmonization and interoperability optimization), and design of federated analysis methodologies. Previous experience with the OMOP common data model, text-mining techniques, and mental health research is greatly appreciated. Previous teaching experience is also appreciated.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of statistical software packages (R, Python, SAS, STATA, M-PLUS) is an asset. Good communication and organizational skills are essential in our team. Knowledge of Catalan, Spanish, and English is appreciated.
