The Computational Biochemistry and Biophysics laboratory is part of the Research Unit of Biomedical Informatics (GRIB) at the UPF/IMIM.

The subject of interest of our lab is the study and characterization of biomolecules and, in particular, of their dynamical behavior, by means of computational methods. This implies the use of different methodologies for the description of the biological problems at the atomic, molecular, supramolecular and networks levels, emphasizing in mechanistics and dynamical properties of the studied system.
