The mission of the Human Resources department is to support the organisation in achieving its goals, so that the research groups and departments adapt smoothly to changes, guaranteeing the availability of the right people at all times for each of their tasks and activities.
This mission is carried out by guiding, counselling and in some cases, deciding the labour issues and problems put forth by the personnel of the institution, as well as promoting and overseeing the activities necessary for good the conduct and administration of personnel.
